Yichang Kitchen Waste Resource Treatment Project, Nanjing Carbon Environment Biogas Purification System Equipment Put into Operation

        The Yichang Kitchen Waste Resource Treatment Project is located in Sunjiawan, Mopanxi Village, Xiaoting District, covering an area of approximately 31 acres. The first phase has a scale of 200 tons per day and started construction in June 2022. The project adopts the process of "pre-treatment+biogas utilization+sewage treatment+odor treatment", and the construction content includes: pre-treatment system, anaerobic fermentation system, sewage treatment system, biogas purification system, deodorization system, auxiliary facilities, access road and river regulation, etc. The service scope covers areas such as Xiling District, Wujiagang District, Dianjun District, Xiaoting District, Xiaoxita Street in Yiling District, Dongcheng Experimental Zone, Longquan Town, Baiyang Town, and Gujiadian Town.

        The biogas purification system equipment provided byCarbon Recycle to customers consists of a complete set of equipment, including a biogas desulfurization system (wet desulfurization, dry desulfurization) and a biogas pretreatment system (boost dust removal and dehydration). The process used removes H ₂ S to below 50ppm, and the purified gas enters the user end for utilization. When the desulfurization system is operating normally, the emissions are single and there are no other substances such as sludge discharged, and the emissions meet the relevant emission standards.
